摘  要:运用数理统计分析方法对3mm煤样常用煤质指标精密度的理论允许差进行推算,并通过协同试验对灰分、挥发分、全硫及发热量的理论允许差推算值进行实验验证,提出了3mm煤样在放置3个月时间内的同一实验室以及不同实验室的煤质指标精密度允许差推荐值,即同一实验室其精密度允许差基本可参照现行国标的重复性限,不同实验室的精密度允许差略高于现行国标给出的再现性临界差。在试验涉及的10个3mm煤样及90天实验周期中,所有样品的同一实验室及不同实验室允许差相对稳定,不随时间推移而发生显著变化。可根据实际情况确定适用的小于3mm煤样试验方法精密度,给出的推荐值可用于对3mm煤样进行复检及2个实验室用同一3mm煤样对比时结果一致性的评判。The analysis method of mathematical statistics was used to calculate the theory tolerance 1 of 3 mm coal sample common coal quality index precision, and through synergism tests, the theory tolerancel estimated values of ash, volatile matter, total sulfur and calorific value were experimentally verified, recommended value of coal quality characteristics precision tolerance l when a coal sample was placed for 3 months in the same laboratory and different laboratories, was proposed. Precision tolerancel of the same laboratory could basically refer to repeatability limit of the current national standard, the precision tolerancel of different laboratories was a little bit higher than the reproducibility critical difference given by existing national standard. At 10 3 mm coal samples involved in the experiment, and the experimental cycle of 90days, tolerancel of all samples from the same laboratory and different laboratories were relatively stable, it would not change obviously with the passage of time. According to the practical circumstances, the testing method precision which was suitable for coal sample smaller than 3 mm was determined, the recommended value could be used for recheck of 3mm coal sample, and it could also be used for consistency judgment of results from two laboratories but the same 3 mm coal sample.
