摘 要:结合GB/T 31099—2014《燃煤固硫剂技术条件》,选取褐煤、长焰煤、焦煤、瘦煤和贫瘦煤等不同变质程度的10个煤样,将固硫剂按照添加比例分别为1%、3%均匀混合于10组煤样,在800℃、850℃、900℃、950℃和1 000℃温度条件下分别进行固硫试验研究,得到100组有效固硫率数据作为统计样本,并对燃煤添加固硫剂前后有效固硫率及燃煤发热量变化的数据进行统计,以探讨标准中燃煤固硫效率分级和发热量减少率分级要求在实际中的应用。Combining with GB/T 31099--2014 Specifications of sulfur fixation agent during coal combustion, this paper selected 10 coal samples with different metamorphism degrees like lignite, long flame coal, coking coal, lean coal and meager lean coal, and according to the addition ratio of 1% and 3% respectively, the sulfur fixation agent was added in to 10 groups of coal samples evenly, under the temperatures of 800 ℃ 、 850 ℃ . 900 ℃ . 950 ℃ and 1 000 ~C, the sulfur fixation experiments were done respectively, 100 groups of effective sulfur fixation rate data were obtained as the statistical sample, meanwhile, the effective sulfur fixation rate and calorific value change before and after the addition of sulfur fixation agent were counted, so that the application of requirements of sulfur fixation efficiency classification in coal combustion and the reduction classification of calorific value in the standard were discussed.
