摘  要:以铁皮石斛T4、OD-10品种组培苗为试验材料,探究了不同瓶内培养时间、不同根长、剪切不定根和生根剂IBA处理对组培苗炼苗的生根率、黄化率、成活率及长势的影响.结果表明:瓶内培养3个月、根长2.0cm的铁皮石斛T4、OD-10品种组培苗的炼苗成活率、生根率较高,黄化率较低,长势较好;剪切不定根在提高两个品种组培苗炼苗生根率的同时,成活率下降、黄化率升高;生根剂IBA处理的T4品种组培苗炼苗的生根率、成活率降低,但OD-10品种组培苗炼苗的生根率、成活率提高.The effects of cultivation period,length of roots,cutting adventitious roots and IBA treatment on the rooting rate,survival rate,withering rate and growth status were researched in this experiment,in which the tissue culture seedlings of T4 and OD-10 variety in Dendrobium officinalekimura et migo were used as experimental material.The results showed that the rooting rate,survival rate and growth status were better,but withering rate was lower after the tissue culture seedlings(2.0cm in root length)of T4 and OD-10 variety was cultured for 3months.The cutting of adventitious roots enhanced the rooting rate but reduced the survival rate,yet also raised the withering rate.The rooting agent IBA treatment reduced the survival rate and the rooting rate of T4 variety but enhanced the survival rate and the rooting rate of OD-10 variety.
