摘 要:以蚕茧壳为片基材料,银纳米线为导电介质,采用浸蘸法制备生物质基柔性电极材料.用高精度万用表和荧光显微镜对样品的导电率和微观结构进行表征.结果表明,银纳米线的负载量与柔性电极材料的电导率成正比;薄生物质基电极材料的电导率明显高于厚电极材料;机械弯折会降低柔性电极材料的电导率;正反机械扭曲则有助于提高柔性电极材料的电导率.该生物质基柔性电极材料有望作为超级电容器的柔性电极材料应用于可穿戴电子设备中.The biomass based flexible electrode materials were prepared by dipping method,where cocoon shells were utilized as a base material and silver nanowires as conductive medium.The flexible electrode materials were characterized by a high-end multimeter and a fluorescence microscopy to investigate their electronic conductivity and microstructure.The results indicate that the load of silver nanowires is proportional to the conductivity of the flexible electrode material;the conductivity of the thin substrate electrode material is higher than that of the corresponding thick electrode material;mechanical bending can reduce the conductivity of flexible electrode materials;mechanical distortion is helpful to improve the conductivity of flexible electrode materials.Therefore,the biomass based flexible electrode materials are expected to be used as a flexible electrode materials of supercapacitors in wearable electronics.
