摘 要:技术创新与制造业结构调整之间会形成"激励—反馈"回路,从微观层面来看,技术创新推动制造业结构调整是市场经济的必然结果,而制造业结构调整会使技术创新生命周期得以延续。文章构建向量自回归模型(VAR),并通过Johansen协整检验、Granger因果检验对我国1995-2004年期间的技术创新与制造业结构调整的关系进行实证分析,结果表明:创新投入对制造业结构调整具有单向的推动作用,创新产出未能发挥出应有作用,而制造业结构调整也没有对技术创新形成反馈作用。总体上,我国技术创新与制造业结构调整并没有形成良好的互动机制,通过进一步分析其原因并就推动两者的深度融合提出相应的建议。There is "incentive-feedback" loop between technology innovation and structure adjustment of manufacturing industry, view from the micro level, technology innovation which promote structure adjustment of manufacturing industry is the inevitable outcome of market economy, and the structure adjustment of manufacturing industry can make the continuation of life cycle of technological innovation. This paper constructs a model of VAR, use Johansen cointegration test and Granger causality test to analyze the relationship between technology innovation and structure adjustment of manufacturing industry during 1995 to 2004. The result shows that only the innovation input play a role of one-way to structure adjustment of manufacturing industry, innovation input has not play a role, and structure adjustment of manufacturing industry also has no feedback effects to the technology innovation. Overall, there is poor interactive mechanism between technology innovation and structure adjustment of manufacturing industry in China, then analyze the reasons and put forward some proposals.
