摘　　要：偶然事件是大学生职业生涯发展中出现的意料之外的事件,并在一定程度上影响着大学生职业生涯的发展方向。学校的职业生涯教育除了专业知识以外,还要鼓励大学生多参加学生活动和社会实践,在实践中学习以开放的心态接受偶然事件带来的学习机会,推动自我不断地尝试和探索。Happenstances are unexpected events taking place in the career planning of college students,and they affect the development direction of college students＇ career to a certain extent. Colleges should not only offer career education in addition to professional knowledge,but also encourage students to participate in practical activities and social practice,to learn to accept the chance of learning brought by happenstances with an open mind,and to push themselves to keep trying and exploring.
