摘　　要：保障口腔器械消毒灭菌质量和就医患者的安全,遵循口腔器械一人一用一消毒和(或)灭菌为基础,按照口腔器械传播疾病的危险,将其分为高危、中危、低危器械,并明确了消毒灭菌的方法、流程、包装、贮存等要求;2016年12月27日,《口腔器械消毒灭菌技术操作规范》(WS506-2016)(以下简称《规范》)由中华人民共和国国家卫生和计划生育委员会发布,并于2017年6月1日实施。规范共分为9章6个附录,是我国口腔专业领域消毒灭菌工作应遵循的一项强制性卫生行业标准,本标准的出台将规范口腔行业诊疗器械的消毒灭菌工作,达到在全国不同地域、不同医疗机构执行同一个卫生行业标准的目的,将有利于开展口腔诊疗服务的医疗机构掌握消毒灭菌方法,避免传染性疾病和其他疾病在口腔诊疗服务中的传播,保障口腔就诊患者的医疗安全。The operational specifications for disinfection and sterilization of dental instruments may help to ensure quality of disinfection and sterilization of dental instruments,on the basis of following one-person and one-disinfection or sterilization of the dental instruments,the dental instruments were divided into high-risk,medium-risk and low-risk instruments according to the risk of dental instruments-induced infectious diseases,the approaches,processes,packaging,storage and other requirements of disinfection and sterilization were defined.Technical regulations for disinfection and sterilization of dental instruments WS506-2016 was issued by the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People′s Republic of China on December 27,2016 and was put into practice on June 1,2017.It is a mandatory health industry standard for the disinfection and sterilization of professional dental field in China,including 9 chapters and 6 appendixes,the regulation may standardize the disinfection and sterilization of medical instruments of the oral industry so as to carry out the same health care industry standard in different regions and medical institutions in China,help the medical institutions that carry out the oral treatment services to grasp the disinfection and sterilization measures,prevent the infectious diseases and other diseases from spreading through oral treatment services and ensure the medical safety of the oral treatment patients.
