摘 要:利用周浸腐蚀试验、扫描电镜观察、X射线衍射分析等方法研究了在模拟高湿热海洋大气环境中NaCl溶液温度(35~55℃)和相对湿度(60%~80%)对Q345钢耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:随着溶液温度的升高,试验钢的腐蚀速率增大且温度越高增大速率越快,表面锈层厚度增大且锈层中的孔洞变大,腐蚀产物Fe_3O_4的含量增多;随相对湿度的增加,试验钢的腐蚀速率增大,锈层也越来越厚,锈层中的物相组成变化较小。The influence of NaCl solution temperature(35-55 ℃)and relative humidity(60%-80%)on corrosion resistance of Q345 steel under simulated high temperature and humidity marine atmosphere was investigated by wet/dry cyclic test,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,etc.The results show that with the increase of solution temperature,the corrosion rate of tested steel increased and had a relatively high increasing rate at a relatively high temperature;the thickness of the surface rust layer increased and the hole inside the layer became larger;the content of the Fe3O4 corrosion product also increased.With the increase of relative humidity,the corrosion rate of the tested steel increased,the rust layer became thicker and thicker while the phase composition of the rust layer changed very little.
