摘 要:新开发了一种0Cr20Mn18N0.8高氮奥氏体不锈钢,研究了其静拉伸、缺口拉伸、偏斜拉伸、冲击、疲劳以及耐腐蚀等性能,并与316L不锈钢的进行了对比,分析了该钢用于海洋工程紧固件的可行性。结果表明:试验钢的静拉伸屈服强度和抗拉强度分别为640,970 MPa,伸长率为52.2%,断面收缩率为67.5%,20℃和-40℃下的冲击吸收功平均值分别为311,280J,疲劳极限为330MPa,耐腐蚀性能优于316L不锈钢的;试验钢对缺口不敏感,可以随较大偏斜力;该高氮奥氏体不锈钢的性能完全满足海洋工程紧固件的要求,并优于通用的海洋工程紧固件用钢的。A kind of high nitrogen austenite stainless steel 0Cr20Mn18N0.8 was newly developed.The properties such as static tension,notch tension,deflected tension,impact,fatigue and anti-corrosion were studied and compared with those of 316L stainless steel.The feasibility of the steel for the marine engineering fasteners was also analyzed.The results show that the yield strength and tensile strength under static tension was 640,970 MPa,respectively,with the elongation of 52.2% and the reduction in area of 67.5%.The average impact toughness at 20 ℃ and -40 ℃ was 311,280 J,respectively,and the fatigue limit was 330 MPa.The corrosion resistance was better than that of 316L stainless steel.The tested steel was not sensitive to the notch and can bear a relatively large deflected force.The performance of the high nitrogen austenite stainless steel completely met the requirements of the marine engineering fasteners and was better than those of commonly used marine engineering steels for fasteners.
