综合护理对胃肠手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理对胃肠手术患者术后胃肠功能的恢复及对护理满意度的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院普外科2016年2-10月收治的46例行胃肠手术的患者为研究对象,对照组采用常规护理,综合组采用综合护理,记录患者术后首次肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间及首次排便时间,出院时填写护理满意度调查表,比较对护理人员的评分及护理满意度。结果:综合组的首次肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间及首次排便时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合组对护理人员四个方面的评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理可促进胃肠手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复,提高护理满意度。Objective： To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on the recovery of gastrointestinal function and the satisfaction degree of patients after gastrointestinal operation.Method： 46 patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital from February to October in 2016 were selected as the research objects, the control group with rontine nursing and the comprehensive group with comprehensive nursing.After the operation recorded the first time of bowel sounds recovery, the first exhaust time and defecation, filled in the hospital nursing satisfaction questionnaire and then compared the scores towards the nurses and the nursing satisfaction.Result： In the comprehensive group, the first time of borborygmus, the first exhaust time and first defecation time were shorter than those in the control group; the scores towards nurses were higher than those in the control group; nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improve the ~tisfaction degree of patients after gastrointestinal operation.
