摘　　要：在新形势下,铁路商贸业务发展机遇与风险并存,研究铁路商贸业务发展与风险控制对提高铁路资源产出效益和提升铁路企业经营管理效能具有重要的现实意义。在阐述铁路商贸业务发展与风险防控现状的基础上,针对铁路商贸业务转型发展,提出铁路商贸业务转型发展措施。最后从资金风险控制和客户资信管理2个方面,探讨铁路商贸业务发展中风险防控对策,为新形势下铁路商贸业务发展与风险控制提供参考。Under the new situation, development opportunities and risks are co-existed in railway trade business, so the study on development and risk control of railway trade business has an important realistic meaning in increasing benefits of railway resource output and improving operation management efficiency of railway enterprise. On the basis of expounding the status of development and risk control in railway trade business, targeting development of transferring railway trade business, this paper puts forward the development measures of transforming the business. In the end, the paper discusses the countermeasures of risk control during the business development, so as to provide reference for development and risk control of the business under the new situation.
