摘 要:为解决高楼清洁窗户既危险成本又高的问题,我们设计并制作了高空窗户智能除尘装置。除尘装置安装在高楼窗户上,通过遥控器操作及静电除尘完成高空窗户玻璃的清洁。静电除尘的原理:充分利用静电场使气体电离成为正离子以及电子,电子因带着负电荷,就会通过进行无规则运动朝着正极跑去,而电子在这样的过程当中,就会与空气的粉尘相遇,然后与粉尘结合在一起,并让粉尘带上负电荷,粉尘一旦带上负电荷,就会被吸附到正极上面沉淀起来^([1])。由此解决了高空人力擦窗成本高,危险系数高的问题,节省了人力、物力。In order to solve the problems of high danger and high cost of cleaning windows in high-rise buildings,the paper designs and manufactures the intelligent dust removal devices for high-altitude windows. The device is installed on the high-rise window and to clean the window glass in high altitude controlled by telecontroller and electric dust. The principle of electrostatic precipitator is to make full use of electrostatic field to ionize gas into positive ions and electrons,for the electrons is with negative charges,so it will move toward the anode by moving irregularly; and during this process,the electrons meet the dust in air and combined with it. Then it lets the dust carrying the negative charge,and when the dust carries the negative charge,it will be absorbed on the anode in precipitating state. So the problem of high cost of human window cleaning and high risk coefficient is solved.
