二级网供热系统水力调节及节能改造

摘　　要：用理论分析和工程实际相结合的方法 ,对某高校二级网系统的实测调研、测试运行、分析诊断,该二级网系统存在严重的水力失调。根据此供热系统出现的问题和特点,采用HACNet软件对管网系统模拟指导,最后采用模拟调节法对管网进行水力平衡调节。对二级供热管网提出四种节能改造措施:分时、分区、分温控制;采用气候补偿器;供暖初期对管网初调节;避免多台水泵并联运行,以期达到节约能源,降低能耗的目的。This paper adopts the method of combining theory analysis with engineering practice,and through the survey and investigation of two-level network system in a university,test operation, analysis and diagnosis,the two-level network system has serious hydraulic imbalance, according to the problems and characteristics of this heating system,this paper uses hacnet software to simulate the guidance of pipe network system, finally using the simulation regulation method to regulate the hydraulic balance of the pipe network,in order to achieve the goal of energy saving.
