摘 要:针对有机化学实验室的水资源浪费问题,研制了一种由贮水桶、微型水泵、冷却水出口、水管接口和连接胶管等部件构成的简易节水水循环冷却装置。该装置以贮水桶为容器,微型水泵提供动力,利用连接胶管将水引入实验装置进行热交换后,再将水从实验装置引流回贮水桶,利用桶内的贮冰盆和环境的热交换对回流水进行冷却后循环利用。该装置具有性能稳定、安全性高、操作简便、成本低廉、节水效果显著等特点。该装置自2015年9月起在中国农业大学理学院实验中心部分实验室使用以来,有效杜绝了实验室跑水等安全隐患,1 a来共节水18 900 m3,节水率达70%~80%,共计节约水费开支6.048万元。此外,该装置可应用于电机水冷等方面。In order to reduce the waste of water in chemistry labs and utilize the water efficiently,a simple water-saved circulating cooling apparatus was designed to meet the needs in labs,such as solvent refluxing,rotary evaporating and electromotor cooling. The apparatus was composed of water tank,micro water pump,cooling water outlet,back water inlet and linking tubes. The water tank was the container of the pump and water,and the power for circulating was provided by the pump. The water was led to the experiment apparatus for heat exchanging via the outlet linking tube and flew back into the tank via the inlet tube,and it would be cooled with ice or by environment heat exchanging. It was demonstrated that the apparatus possessed several advantages such as high stability and safety,simple operation,low cost and perfect water-saving performance. Since September 2015,the apparatus was used in the organic chemistry labs of the Chemistry Experimental Teaching Center of Science College of China Agricultural University without any fault and water leakage accident. During 2015 to 2016,There was 18 900 tons of water saved,and the recycling rate was about70% to 80%. And so on,60 480 RMB was reduced from the water bill. In addition,the apparatus could also be used for electric machinery cooling.
