摘　　要：北华大学在不断深化创新创业教育教学改革的实践中,制定了双创具体实施方案和管理办法。以大学生创新创业训练计划项目为载体,引导大学生在校内开展创新创业训练,加强了大学生创新精神、创业意识和实践能力。大学生创新创业训练计划项目经过多年的组织与运行,形成了一套有效的实施方案和管理体系。本文从学校的组织机构设置、项目实施过程、实施效果、校内保障条件等几个方面阐述了地方综合性大学在大学生创新创业训练计划项目方面的具体做法和取得的一些经验,为其他高校开展相关工作提供参考。Under the background of the ＂double gen＂,Beihua University actively implements the related files of the spirit of the Ministry of Education,the Department of Education continues to deepen reform of creativation education,formulates specific implementation plan and regulations. College students＇ innovative entrepreneurial training projects are taken as the carrier,college students are guides on campus to carry out the innovative entrepreneurial training which strengthens college students＇ innovative spirit and practice ability. After years of research and practice,we have formed a set of effective implementation plans and management systems. From the organization setting,project implementation process,implementation effect,the campus security conditions,this article sums up our experiences. It can provide reference for other colleges and universities to carry out the relevant work.
