摘  要:为使电类学生适应当前工业发展现状和需求,结合我院实验中心现状和建设规划为背景,对大学4年实践学习过程进行设计。提出大学生培养的目标是:具有独立分析和解决实际工程问题的能力及开展科学研究的思维及能力,与国内外学生相比有更强的竞争力;对母校和老师有很强的认同感,并有勇于创新、建设国家、回馈社会的情怀和精神,而不是功利主义的奴隶。构建电力学生合理的学习曲线,在每个阶段都有具体的学习目标。对实现基础平台-实验室布局和过程管理进行规划设计,以达到理想的培养目标。Based on the current situation and construction plan of the experimental center of our college,and in order to make the students majored in electricity to adapt to the current status of industrial development and demands,training objectives of engineering undergraduates have been designed as follows: having the ability to analyze and solve engineering problems independently,having the potential to carry out research of science,having competitive compared with students at home and abroad; having strong sense of identity with alma mater and teachers and having to be not slaves of utilitarianism. The four-year university practice learning process is analyzed and a good learning curve is designed. Lab layout and process management methods are also planned and designed to achieve ideal cultivation goal.
