穴位贴敷对单纯性乳房早发育患儿性激素和子宫卵巢发育的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中医穴位贴敷疗法治疗女童单纯性乳房早发育(PT)对性激素水平和子宫、卵巢发育的影响。方法将病例分为观察组和对照组。观察组50例PT女童用知柏地黄方药贴剂进行穴位贴敷给药,对照组45例采用滋阴泻火法口服中药治疗,疗程均为6个月,观察各组治疗前后性激素水平、子宫长径和卵巢容积的变化。结果观察组和对照组分别有40例、27例按计划完成疗程,促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体素(LH)、雌二醇、子宫长径和卵巢容积变化方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),PRL变化2组组内及组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医内病外治法治疗PT女童在性征提前发育及部分激素水平的改善方面疗效确切。Objective To observe the effects on sex hormones development,and the volume of ovaries and the major axis of uterus with Chinese herbs acupoint application in the treatment of female children with simple premature thelarche（PT）.Methods A total of 95 females patients with PT were included,the observation group（50cases）were given the patchs that made of Zhibaidihuang Prescription which mixed azone as the penetration enhancer through acupoint application,control group（45cases）were given Chinese herbal medicine（CHM）for nourishing yin for lowering fire.The course was 6months.And then observe the changes of the sexual characteristic of the two groups,and the changes of sex hormones development,and the volume of ovaries and the major axis of uterus.Results Separately,the observation group and the control group had 40 cases,and 27 cases to complete the course according to the schedule.On hormone levels,FSH,LH,E2,length to diameter of the uterus and ovarian volume change is similar,between the two groups has no statistical significance（P〈0.05）,PRL change within two way and comparative differences between two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Although the acupoint application with Zhibaidihuang Prescription in the treatment of female children with simple premature thelarche made no difference on hormone levels of FSH,LH,and E2,and made no difference on the change of volume of ovaries and the major axis of uterus,it could lower the level of PRL and had exact therapeutic effect on sex character of PT.
