摘  要:利用响应曲面法建立了管材激光弯曲成形弯曲角度的工艺模型,并设计实验验证了模型的可靠性。通过该模型分析了自由端距离、辐射长度、扫描包角和扫描次数等工艺参数对弯曲角度的交互影响。结果表明,自由端距离、扫描次数和辐射长度对弯曲角度有显著影响,扫描包角对弯曲角度影响不大;辐射长度与扫描次数间的交互作用较弱,与自由端距离具有较强的交互作用。A process model of the bending angle in laser-bending shaping of tubes is built by using the response surface method and its reliability is demonstrated with the designed experiment. The interactive influences of the process parameters such as the distance from free edge, the irradiation length, the scanning angle and the number of scanning on the bending angle are analyzed based on this model. The results show that the distance from free edge, the number of scanning and the irradiation length have significant influences on the bending angle, but the scanning angle has little influence. The irradiation length has a weak interaction with the number of scanning, but a strong one with the distance from free edge.
