摘 要:顶岗实习课程是物流管理专业人才培养的重要环节,其教学效果的好坏将直接影响学生的就业竞争力和职业适应性。采用"蓝墨云班课+微信"模式构建慕课平台,尤其是知识储备、讨论/答疑、职业现场、实习周志及行业前沿五个主要模块的设置,使Ji T-T"即时反馈适应性教学模式"成为可能。该平台可实现校企共育、"即时"翻转式教学、健全考核机制以提高教师的教学水平和提高学生的实习效果,更好地满足行业对物流人才的需求。The post-practice course is a key link in the professional talent training process of logistics man- agement. The teaching effect will directly affect the students' employment competitiveness and vocational adaptability. The "just-in-time teaching mode" is made possible by employing the mode of "Moso Teach + Wechat" to construct the MOOC platform, especially setting up of the five main modules including knowledge .reservation, discussion / answering questions, site occupation, internship week schedule, and the latest indus- trial advance. The platform helps realize school-enterprise cooperative education and the instant flipped teaching, promote the appraisal mechanism to enhance the teaching level and the learning effect, thus better meets the needs for logistics talents.
