摘 要:大力推广可再生能源的应用,是实现国家减排承诺,推进能源结构调整的重要举措。在分析国内可再生能源发展政策基础上,访谈收集鄱阳湖生态经济区农户响应信息,构建促进我国可再生能源的驱动力模型,并运用主成分分析和回归法,计算不同支持政策对可再生能源驱动因素的贡献率。结果表明,经济激励政策是驱动农户应用可再生能源的主要因素,依据分析结果,对促进可再生能源在农村推广应用提出优化建议。To vigorously promote the application of renewable energy in rural areas is a significant measure to cope with the climate change, protect the ecological environment, and promote the adjustment of energy structure. Based on the analysis of the development policy of the domestic renewable energ, the paper collects the response information, by interviews, of farmers in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, constructs the driving force model to promote the popularization and application of the renewable energy in rural areas, and employs the principal component analysis and regression methods to calculate to what extent the different supporting policies contribute to farmers using the renewable energy. The empirical results indicate that the economic incentive policy is the main factor driving the farmers' application of the renewable energy. To this end and taking into account the five aspects - the subsidy policy, credit policy, tax policy, industrial policy and government funds, this paper puts forward the relative optimization suggestion on perfecting the policy to popularize the usage of the renewable energy in China.
