高校管理中动态制衡模式的构建

摘　　要：本文从高校管理模式出发,首先阐述了高校权力的内涵及构成;其次对高校内部权力结构的组成与运行进行分析,着重对行政权力、学术权力与学生民主权力三者相互制衡之间所产生的矛盾与冲突进行现状与原因分析;最后提出应致力于适度纠正行政权力,合理加强学术权力与学生民主权力,构建三权相互制约、动态平衡的科学管理模式,真正实现高校管理模式的重大变革,搭建科学、民主的管理平台,促进学术自由。Based on management mode of colleges expounds the connotation, the source of power and struc and universities, ture, and analyzes this paper first the management mode in colleges and universities in the developed countries; then analyzes the university internal power structure, the composition and operation of administrative power, academic power and the three students democratic power checks and balances between the contradictions and conflicts in the present situation and the reason analysis; finally proposes that we should focus on correcting moderate administrative power, reasonablely strengthen democratic power, academic power and students build scientific management mode of separation of mutual constraint, dynamic balance. In order to truly realize the change of management mode in colleges and universities, we should build a scientific and democratic management platform and promote academic freedom.
