摘　　要：分析SPHC中间包第一炉钢水非计划断浇原因,介绍从冶炼和连铸生产操作管理、LF精炼炉造渣工艺、中间包设备与操作、结晶器出苗时间、连铸机提速速率等方面实施的优化与改进措施,及其效果。The causes of unscheduled casting break of the first heat of SPHC tundish were analyzed. The optimization and improvement measures implemented, such as smelting and continuous casting production man- agement, LF refining furnace slagging technology, tundish equipment and operation, mould emerging time, con- tinuous casting speed rate and so on, and its effects were introduced.
