摘 要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定油田含油污泥中钾的含量。采用索氏提取法分离油田含油污泥样品中的水、油、渣(加热回流时间为当萃取液澄清后继续回流1h),再用盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸和高氯酸消解剩余残渣。钾的质量浓度在1.0~80mg·L^(-1)内与其对应的发射强度呈线性关系,检出限(3s)为3.03μg·L^(-1)。以ZW站和T83站的含油污泥样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率分别为98.4%,102%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)分别为0.69%,0.63%。ICP-AES was applied to the determination of potassium in oil field oil sludge.The water,oil and slag in the oil field oil sludge sample were separated with Soxhlet extraction(heating reflux time found was 1hafter clarification of the extract),and then the slag was digested with hydrochloric acid,nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid.Linear relationship between values of emission intensity and mass concentration of potassium was obtained in the range of 1.0-80mg·L^(-1),with detection limit(3s)of 3.03μg·L^(-1).On the base of oil sludge samples from station of ZW and T83,test for recovery was made by standard addition method and values of recovery found were 98.4%,102% respectively,with RSD′s(n=5)of 0.69%,0.63% respectively.
