疱疹性咽峡炎的中药复方组方用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药复方治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的组方用药规律,为优化该病的临床治疗方案,提高临床疗效提供科学依据。方法:筛选近30年CNKI数据库中医药治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的方剂,建立数据库,录入中医传承辅助系统,挖掘其组方用药规律。结果:共筛选出56首方剂,涉及115味中药。方中清热解毒药出现频次较高。基于关联规则筛选出14个常用药物组合(支持度20%,置信度0.9),其中涉及6味常用药物;并提取得到4味高关联度的核心药物组合(30%,0.9)。结论:中医药治疗本病方剂组方以清热解毒类中药为主;黄芩-板蓝根-蒲公英-紫花地丁为治疗本病的核心药物组合;清热解毒利咽为其主要治法。Objective： To optimize clinical regimen of herpetic angina （HA） and provide scientific evidence for the improvements of clinical effects by exploring the prescription and medication laws of herbal compound in treating HA. Methods： The prescriptions about TCM in treating HA in recent 30 years were screened to establish the database, and typed into Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System （TCMISS） to dig the prescription and medication laws. Results： Altogether 56 prescriptions were screened, involving 115 drugs. The frequency of heat-clearing detoxifying herbs was higher in the prescription. All 14 drug combinations were screened （support 20%, confidence 0.9）, involving six common drugs based on association rules; and four core drug combinations in high association were extracted and obtained （30%, 0.9）. Conclusion： The prescriptions about TCM in treating HA contain heat-clearing detoxifying herbs mainly, Huangqin （Scutellaria baicalensis）-Banlangen （radix isatidis）-dande- lion -Zihuadiding （Viola philippica） are taken as core drag combinations in treating HA, heat-clearing, detoxifying and relieving sore throat as main therapeutic method.
