摘　　要：目的:系统评价丹红注射液治疗椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕的疗效和安全性。方法:全面检索Cochrane library、Pubmed、Embase、CNKI、VIP和万方数据库,纳入丹红注射液治疗椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕的随机对照试验(RCT),开始时间为2001年1月,截至时间为2014年4月。Meta分析按Cochrane协作网推荐的方法进行。结果:最终纳入13项研究,共1 199例患者。Meta分析结果显示在提高临床疗效、治疗起效时间和椎-基底动脉的血流速度方面,治疗组的效果均显著优于对照组,同时未见任何严重不良反应的发生。结论:丹红注射液相对于其他中药可以改善椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕患者的临床疗效、治疗起效时间和椎-基底动脉的血流速度,但其相对于西药和体外超声治疗的疗效如何,尚需更多的随机对照试验进行研究。Objective： To systematically assess curative effects and the safety of Danhong injection in treating vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo. Methods： By fully searching Coehrane library, Pubmed, Embase, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang database, RCTs on Danhong injection in treating vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo were included form January,2001 to April, 2014. Meta analysis was performed according to the methods recommended by Cochrane Collaboration network. Results： Consequently 13 studies included and altogether 1 199 patients. Meta analysis results showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group notably in improving clinical effects, therapeutic onset time of treatment and blood flow rate ofvertebral-basilar artery, and there was no severe adverse reaction happened. Conclusion： Danhong injection could improve curative effects, therapeutic onset time of treatment and blood flow rate of vertebral-basilar artery of the patients with vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo, but more RCTs on its effects compared with western medicine and external ultrasound are needed to be further studied.
