消疕合剂治疗血热风燥型进行期寻常型银屑病36例  

XiaoBi Mixture in Treating 36 Cases of Psoriasis Vulgaris of Blood-heat Wind-dryness Pattern at Active Stage

摘　　要：目的:观察消疕合剂治疗血热风燥型进行期寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法:将68例患者随机分为观察组(36例)、对照组(32例),观察组服用消疕合剂,50 m L/次,2次/d;对照组服用消银颗粒,3.5 g/次,3次/d。2组均于连续治疗3个月后观察治疗后前外周血清中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和白介素8(IL-8)水平的变化情况及临床疗效。结果:总有效率观察组为88.89%,对照组为62.50%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清TNF-α、IL-8水平2组治疗前后组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消疕合剂治疗血热风燥型寻常型银屑病疗效显著,其作用机制可能与调节血清中TNF-α和IL-8的水平有关。Objective： To observe clinical effects of XiaoBi mixture in treating psoriasis vulgaris （PV） of blood-heat wind-dryness pattern at active stage. Methods： All 68 patients were randomized into the observation group （36 cases） and the control group （32 cases）, the observation group took XiaoBi mixture, 50 mL each time, twice each day; the control group orally took XiaoYin granules, 3.5 g each time, three times each day. The levels of TNF-α and IL-8 in peripheral blood, and clinical effects were observed before and after treating when both groups were treated for three months consecutively. Results： Total effective rate of the observation group was 88.89%, higher than 62.50% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of the levels of TNF-α and IL-8 before and after treating within one group （P〈0.05）. The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： XiaoBi mixture is effective in treating PV of blood-heat wind-dryness pattern at active stage, and the mechanism might be related to regulating the levels of TNF-α and IL-8 in the serum.
