超声波导入阿昔洛韦联合针灸治疗带状疱疹

摘　　要：目的:观察超声波导入阿昔洛韦软膏联合针刺拔罐治疗带状疱疹急性期的临床疗效。方法:将65例患者分为观察组33例、对照组32例。2组均采用针灸及拔罐治疗,1次/d;观察组同时给予超声波导入阿昔洛韦软膏治疗,1次/d。2组均连续治疗10天。结果:止疱时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间、疼痛减轻时间、疼痛消失时间2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VAS评分2组治疗前后组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率对照组为81.2%,观察组为97.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。后遗神经痛发生率对照组为18.8%,观察组为3.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声波导入阿昔洛韦软膏联合针刺拔罐治疗急性期带状疱疹疗效显著,且止痛效果明显,可快速解临床症状,减少后遗神经痛的发生。Objective： To observe clinical effects of sonophoresis of acyclovir ointment combined with acupuncture, cupping in treating herpes zoster （HZ） at acute stage. Methods： All 65 patients were randomized into 33 cases of the observation group and 32 cases of the control group. Both groups adopted acupuncture and cupping, once each day; the observation group were treated with sonophoresis of acyclovir ointment, once each day simultaneously, once each day. Both groups were treated for ten days consecutively. Results： The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of the cessation time, the incrustation time, the decrustation time, pain relief time and the pain disappearing time between both groups （P〈0.05）. The difference presented statistical meaning in the comparisons of VAS scales between before and after treating within both groups （P〈0.05）; and the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating （P〈0.05）. Total effective rates of the con- trol group and the observation group were 81.2% and 96.7%, and the difference showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. The incidences of postherpetic neuralgia （PHN） of the control group and the observation group were 18.8% and 3.0%, and the difference indicated statistical meaning between both groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Sonophoresis of acyclovir ointment combined with acupuncture, cupping could gain notable effects in treating HZ at acute stage, the therapy shows notable analgesic effects, it could relieve clinical symptoms rapidly and reduce the incidence of PHN.
