品管圈活动在心脏手术器械台规范化整理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈活动在心脏手术器械台规范化整理中的应用效果。方法:由辅导员对手术室护理人员进行品管圈运作的系统培训,按自愿原则进行组圈,于2013年11月成立品管圈小组,确立"规范心脏手术器械台的整理"课题,运用PDCA循环方法,进行现状把握,分析心脏手术器械规范化整理的原则,找出现在因器械台整理不规范而影响手术顺利进行的原因,制定相关制度和改进措施并组织实施。结果:因器械台整理不规范而影响手术顺利进行的比例从66.1%下降到15.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);器械整理时间从(26.5±5.1)min减少到(18.0±4.0)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动的开展可显著改善心脏手术器械台整理效率,有利于心脏手术中医护之间更好的配合。Objective： To discuss the effects of quality control circle （QCC） activity applied to standardized arrangement of instrument table in cardiac surgery. Methods： Nursing staffs in the operation room accepted systematic training of QCC activity by the instructor, and grouped on a voluntary basis, and found QCC team on November, 2013, the project of ＂regulating the arrangement of cardiac surgery instrument table＂ was established, by using PDCA circulation method and grasping the situation, the standardized arrangement principles of cardiac surgery instruments were analyzed to find out the reason of irregular arrangement of instrument table affecting the smooth running of the operation, draft the related system and corrective actions, and organize the implementations. Results： The ratio of irregular instrument table arrangement affecting the smooth running of the surgery decreased from 66.1% to 15.5%, and the difference had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）; instrument arrangement time reduced from （26.5± 5.1） min to （18.0± 4.0） min, and the difference presented statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The launch of OCC activity could notably improve the arrangement efficiency of cardiac surgery instrument table, which is beneficial to good cooperation between the doctor and the nurses in the cardiac surgery.
