白银市健康人群血清尿酸参考值的建立

摘　　要：目的:分析白银市健康成人尿酸水平与年龄、性别之间的关系,建立血清尿酸参考值范围。方法:采用尿酸酶-过氧化物酶偶联法对白银市7 302名健康成人进行检测。结果:血清尿酸浓度男性为(346.14±96.40)μmol/L,女性为(259.17±84.42)μmol/L;除≥70岁者外,其余各年龄段不同性别间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性各年龄段之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);女性60~69岁及≥70岁者与其他4个年龄段之间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白银地区人群血清尿酸浓度参照值男性为(346.14±96.40)μmol/L,女性为(259.17±84.42)μmol/L。Objective： To establish the reference value range of serum uric acid （SUA） by analyzing the relationship between the level of SUA, the age and the gender of healthy adult in Baiyin municipality. Methods： All 7 302 healthy adults in in Baiyin municipality were detected by using urate peroxidase coupling method. Results： The concentration of serum SUA in male was （346.14±96.40） μmol/L, the SUA concentration of female was （259.17±84.42） μmol/L; the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of different genders of different ages except the patients eider than 70 years （P〈0.05）; the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of different age groups among the males （P〉0.05）; the difference indicated statistical meaning in the comparisons among the females aged from 60 to 69 years, the patients elder than 70 years and other four age groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Among the people in Baiyin municipality, the reference value of SUA for male is （346.14±96.40） μmol/L, and female is （259.17±84.42） μmol/L.
