摘  要:针对多维弯杆折弯工艺建立三维热力耦合工艺链仿真模型,计算结果与试制结果对比验证了有限元模拟的可靠性。研究得到模具与弯杆之间的不均匀接触导致杆端偏转,提出预偏转解决方案并进行仿真验证,试制结果证明了新方案的可行性。Thermal mechanical coupled 3D finite element model for process chain of a multidimensional bending torsion bar has been established. Compared the measured results with the numerical results, the model and the simulation result were approved its reliability. The results show that the contact between the die and the rod leads to the deflection of the rod, then the pre--deflection scheme was proposed and verified by simulation analysis and trial production.
