摘  要:为了解决DF_(11)型机车在进站停车及调速过程中出现20kPa制动缸压力无法缓解的问题,在对JZ-7型制动机进行原理分析与现场试验的基础上,通过切控阀与主阀的结构对比分析,提出了对切控阀加装缓解弹簧的改进方案,从而提高机车运用过程中制动系统的可靠性。In order to solve DF11 locomotive brake cylinder pressure cannot release problem in the process of pit stop and speed regulation, this paper puts forward a resolution to add release spring in cutting control valve which based on the principle analysis and field test of JZ-7 brake system and by comparative analysis of cutting control valve and the main valve structure, thus improving the reliability of the brake system in the locomotive running process.
