摘　　要：介绍了一种消失模铸造用涂料高温性能的测试方法,详细描述了测试原理,试样制作,试验条件选定和测试方法,并对多种品牌的消失模涂料进行了高温性能的测试。结果表明,该方法能够模拟浇注现场状态,准确地测定消失模铸造涂料的高温传输特性、高温透气性、高温强度等主要性能指标,数据重现性好,可靠性高,测试结果与浇注试验结果吻合很好,对实际生产具有指导意义。A kind of test method for high temperature performance of EPC coating was introduced in this paper. The test principle, sample preparing, test condition selection and test method were described in detail, and the high temperature performance of various brands of EPC coatings were tested. The research results show that this method can simulate the casting situation, give accurate test results for high temperature transfer characteristics, high temperature permeability, high temperature strength of EPC coating, good repeatability and high reliability, the test results were in good agreement with the casting experimental results, which has guiding significance for production practice.
