摘 要:采用快速铸造和模拟仿真手段,通过对铸造工艺、分模工艺、加工工艺进行设计,试制出高强度、高伸长率球铁曲轴。结果表明:与传统铸造工艺相比,采用快速铸造技术试制球铁曲轴可降低试制成本,缩短曲轴试制周期,且试制完成的铸态球铁曲轴表面质量好,内部无缩松缩孔等铸造缺陷,组织和力学性能达到QT800-3的要求。The high strength, high elongation ductile iron crankshaft was trial-produced by designing casting technique, parting technique and processing technique on the basis of the rapid casting technology and casting simulation. The results show that compared with traditional casting technology, rapid casting technology can not only reduce trial cost, but also decrease trial production cycle of the ductile iron crankshaft. The finished as-cast ductile iron crankshaft has good surface quality, and there are no casting defect such as shrinkage and porosity in the casting. The structure and mechanical property of the casting can meet the required of QT800-3.
