摘 要:针对现有地源热泵系统的监测数据不准确的问题,提出了一种针对地源热泵系统供回水温度和流量测量的误差补偿方法。首先搭建了一套地源热泵监测系统,实时获取地源侧、热泵机组和用户侧的供、回水温度和流量等数据,然后分析了影响温度和流量测量精度的主要因素,最后对温度传感器的零点漂移和温度系数进行标定,并对超声波传输速度和管道流体速度误差进行补偿。实验结果表明,该方法能够准确获得地源热泵系统运行参数,温度误差不超过0.2℃,流量误差不超过1.3%,可以为地源热泵系统远程监测提供数据支撑和经验储备。As to the problem of inaccurate monitoring data in existing ground-source heat pump system, an error compensation algorithm for water temperature and flow measurement in ground-source heat pump sys- tem was proposed. First, a ground-source heat pump monitoring system was set up, and then the water tem- perature and flow data of ground source, heat pump unit and the user side was obtained in realtime, and then the main factors for temperature and flow measurement were analyzed. At last the zero drift and linearization factors of temperature were calibrated, and the ultrasonic transmission speed and the fluid velocity error were compensated. The experimental results show that this method can obtain precise running parameters of ground- source heat pump system, and temperature is no more than 0.2℃, and water flow is no more than 1.3 %. It can provide data support and experience reserve for ground-source heat pump system.
