摘 要:应用绕组函数理论对三相双线耦合绕组永磁同步电机进行自然坐标系下考虑耦合绕组漏感的数学建模,通过数学变换降阶简化,建立旋转坐标系下的数学模型。提出适用于三相双线耦合绕组永磁同步电机的矢量控制策略,通过对零序电流分量进行控制,有效抑制三次谐波造成的转矩脉动和损耗增加。In this paper, the 3-phase bifilar-wound permanent magnet synchronous motor is modeled and studied. The main contents are as follows: The mathematical model of the 3-phase bifilar-wound perma- nent magnet synchronous motor is established in natural coordinates by applying winding function, with the consideration of the leakage inductance of the bifilar coils. Based on the voltage equations in natural coordi- nates, the reduced-order model is achieved, the transformation from natural coordinates to rotating coordinates is derived, and the mathematical model in rotating coordinates is established. Based on the mathematical mod- el in rotating coordinates, the control strategy for the 3-phase bifilar-wound permanent magnet synchronous mo- tor is proposed. By controlling the zero sequence current component, the torque ripple and the additional loss from the third harmonic component is effectively inhibited.
