摘 要:点焊过程中电极端部承受力与热的共同作用,容易引起镦粗变形。在点焊镀层钢板时在力和热的共同作用下,点焊电极与钢板涂层间的合金化反应导致其更早失效。为了解决上述问题,提高点焊电极使用寿命,本文重点讨论了现有点焊电极表面改性技术,主要介绍了电火花沉积、离子注入、渗钛化学热处理、电刷镀、物理气相沉积等五种表面处理技术,探讨了上述技术的原理和特点,并对点焊电极表面处理技术进行了展望。In the process of spot welding, the end surface of the electrode is subjected to the force and heat, which is easy to cause the upsetting deformation. During spot welding the coated steel plate, the alloying reaction between the electrode and the steel plate coating leads to earlier failure under the combined action of stress and heat. In order to solve the above problems and improve the service life of spot welding electrode, the surface modification technology of existing spot welding electrode was mainly discussed. Five kinds of surface treatment technologies (the electric spark deposition, ion implantation, chemical heat treatment of titanizing, brushing electroplating and physical vapor deposition) were mainly introduced. The principle and characteristics of these techniques were discussed and the surface treatment techniques of the spot welding electrode were prospected.
