摘  要:对某带加强筋的纯铜触头座进行了工艺分析,设计了精密挤压模具,并进行了工艺试制和改进。结果表明:通过正挤压可以成形出触头座;将加热温度从950℃调到800℃可明显改善锻件表面质量;通过带芯棒的模具可挤压出带孔的锻件,节省了原材料和后续加工工时。The process of a pure copper contact seat with strengthening ribs was analyzed.The precision extrusion die was designed. And the process was trial-produced and improved. The results show that: contact seats can be formed by forward extrusion; adjusting the heating temperature from 950℃ to 800℃ can significantly improve the surface quality of forgings; forgings with hole can be extruded through the die with mandrel, which saves raw material and subsequent processing time.
