摘  要:主要研究了一种同步器钢齿环精密锻造成形工艺。从产品出发,设计了冷精整、热锻、切边、冲孔等工步。利用Deform 3D模拟软件分析了钢齿环精锻工艺,简述了模具设计加工方法。按精锻工艺进行了同步器精锻生产。结果表明:采用热锻加冷精整成形并冷切边、精冲内孔的精锻能够完成同步器钢齿环精锻毛坯的成形;模具结构采用套筒式而齿模用新式应力组合圈结构,通过打击力、温度等参数控制,实现了易损模具尺寸最小化。A synchronizer steel gear ring precision forging process was mainly researched. Starting from the product, the cold finishing, hot forging, trimming, punching and other steps were designed. The forging process of the steel gear ring was analyzed by using Deform 3D simulation software. The die design and manufacturing method were simply described. According to the precision forging process, synchronizers were forged in production. The results show that: using hot forging +cold finishing forming and cold trimming, fine blanking holes, can finish the precision blank forming of synchronizer steel gear rings; the size minimization of easy damage die is realized by using die structure with sleeve and using tooth die with the new stress combination ring structure and controlling hitting power, temperature and other parameters.
