摘 要:在大秦、朔黄等重载铁路上,由于不同区段线路换铺维修时的耐磨性要求,采用的75kg/m U78CrV钢轨有热轧、热处理两种类型。针对热轧态与热处理态钢轨混合焊接的难度大,采用GPW-1200(75)气压焊轨机按照75kg/m U78CrV轨成套焊轨工艺开展了焊接和正火试验。经各项性能检测结果表明,在该工艺参数下热轧钢轨和热处理钢轨混合焊接接头满足TB/T1632《钢轨焊接》标准要求。75 kg/m U78CrV hot-rolled rail and quenched rail were used on Daqing and Shuohuang heavy-duty lines because of wear resistance requirement in different sections of line maintenance. For welding difficulty between hot-rolled rail and queched rail, the GPW-1200 (75) rail gas pressure welding machine was used, and the welding and normalizing test were carried out according to the complete rail welding technology of 75 kg/m U78CrV rail. The performance tests results show that under the process parameters, the hybrid welded joint of hot-rolled rail and quenched rail meets the standard requirements of TB/T 1632.
