摘 要:机床床身是整个机床的基础支撑件,其焊接部位的性能会对机床的使用及寿命带来直接影响。以机床用灰铸铁HT200为研究对象,采用CEC-100、THZ308、CI-A1三种纯镍铸铁焊条对其进行焊接试验,对比分析三种接头的组织与显微硬度。结果表明:三种焊材均能满足灰铸铁HT200的焊接性能要求。采用CEC-100焊条的接头硬度最低,组织形态较好,石墨化程度最高,无白口组织。对于高频率颤振等复杂工况下承载的机床床身焊接部位,建议采用CEC-100焊条进行焊接。Machine tool body is basic support of the whole machine tool, the performance of the welding parts directly affects the use and life of the machine tools. Taking gray iron HT200 as the research object, the welding tests were carried out by using the three kinds of pure nickel cast iron electrodes which are CEC-100, THZ308, CI-A1, and the microstructure and microhardness of the three welded joints were analyzed. The results show that the three kinds of electrodes can meet the welding performance requirements of HT200 gray iron. The microhardness of the joint welded with CEC-100 electrode is the minimum, and the microstructare is good, and the degree of graphitization is the highest, and no white structure. For the welding position of machine tool under high frequency vibration conditions, the CEC-100 electrode is recommended.
