摘 要:本文针对电加热和燃气钟罩式光亮退火炉两种炉型的保护性气体同步回收的技术难点,对回收率进行了分析和计算,设计了保护气同步回收循环再利用的工艺流程。应用结果表明本技术适用于罩式炉的光亮退火,而且节能、环保,取得了良好的效果,值得推广应用。In this paper,the technical difficulties of protective gas synchronous recovery between the electric heating and the gas bell type bright annealing furnaces were studied,and the recovery rate was analyzed and calculated,and the recycling and reusing technological process of protective gas synchronous recovery was designed.The results show that the technology is suitable for the bright annealing of bell type furnace,and it can save energy and protect environment.The application of this technology has achieved good results,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
