摘　　要：佐剂与抗原混合后注射动物体内,能非特异性改变或增强机体对该抗原的特异性免疫应答,发挥其辅佐作用。凡是可以增强抗原特异性免疫应答的物质均可称为佐剂。目前新城疫灭活疫苗的佐剂免疫增强效果不理想,亟待开发一种适用于鸡新城疫灭活疫苗的免疫佐剂。试验对鸡新城疫灭活疫苗免疫佐剂进行研究,结果表明,佐剂溶液中含有左旋咪唑2~10 mg·mL^(-1)的用量配比效果最优,且用此佐剂制成的鸡新城疫灭活疫苗,疫苗免疫效果明显提高。Adjuvant mixed with antigens after injection in the animal, can enhance the body or non-specific changes of specific immune response to the antigen, play its supporting role. Any substance that enhances the anti- gen-specific immune response can be called an adjuvant. However, current adjuvant Newcastle disease inactivated vaccine enhancement effect is not ideal, the need to develop a suitable Newcastle disease inactivated vaccine adju- vant. The paper studied the immune adjuvant of chicken Newcastle disease inactivated vaccine, the result showed that the best content of levamisole in a adjuvant solution was 2-10 mg·mL^-1. Newcastle disease inactivated vaccine which was made with this adjuvant could increase vaccine immunization effect obviously.
