我国图书馆新媒体服务研究展望——基于高被引论文的分析

摘　　要：图书馆新媒体服务作为新兴研究领域,对其发展趋势进行梳理和展望有着重要的意义,但因文章质量参差不齐、研究深度不一,目前存在困难。高被引文献既能反映出文章质量,也能体现出对后续研究的指导和借鉴作用。文章引入高被引文献分析方法,对图书馆新媒体服务研究的代表性文献进行筛选和探讨。文献计量和相关分析的结果表明:56篇具有代表性的图书馆新媒体服务研究文献在2013年以后集中出现,以微信为主要平台进行研究,有明显的核心期刊集聚效应和高下载次数特点,部分关键词呈现出共词特征,但是否由高影响力作者和机构发表、是否有基金项目支持与研究的影响力关系不大。图书馆新媒体服务研究趋势包括:有望持续成为研究热点,由高校图书馆为引领机构,创造更加均等的研究机会;以微信应用为主要研究平台,随着新技术的应用不断深化;高水平成果继续向核心期刊集聚。As a new research field,the review and outlook of the new media services of libraries have important significance. But there are many difficulties due to uneven depth and quality of the studies. Highly cited papers are typically considered as high-quality studies,and provide guidance and reference for further follow-up researches.Based on the collection and analysis of highly cited papers on new media services of libraries,the results show that highly cited papers are concentrated in the years after 2013,with We Chat as the major research platform,mainly published in core journals with high downloads, and some high frequency keywords are co-words. But the influential the authors or institutions and being funded or not have little to do with the impacts of studies. This paper points out the future trends of the new media services of libraries：it is expected to be a continuous focus of the research,led by academic libraries,and provides more equal research opportunities;the research platform will concentrate on We Chat app and be deepened along with the application of new technologies; the preference to publish high-quality researches in core journals will last. Since the new media service is a turning point of the transformation of traditional library service,this paper can indicate some directions for future research.
