摘  要:VIENNA整流器+DC/DC半桥变换器由于功率密度高、可靠性好,在中小功率高频整流电源模块得到广泛关注。为消除前级VIENNA整流器采用传统控制策略网侧电流畸变问题,提出并采用引入占空比前馈与准比例谐振(QPR)加权控制策略,后级零电压开关(ZVS)半桥DC/DC变换器采用恒压移相控制方式,在详细分析前后级工作机理的基础上,结合数学模型给出详细的控制器设计方案,同时搭建实验样机模型并进行实验验证分析。结果表明所提控制策略有效减小了网侧电流谐波,后级DC/DC变换器滞后管实现了ZVS,对于整机控制系统设计具有一定的工程指导意义。The VIENNA rectifier+DC/DC half bridge converter has attracted worldwide attention with the advantages of higher reliability,lower cost and higher efficiency in the middle and small power module.To reduce and eliminate the harmonic component of grid-side current of traditional control strategy of first stage VIENNA rectifier, the duty ratio feed forward and quasi proprotional resonant(QPR) weighting control strategy is proposed and adopted.Constant pres- sure phase shifting control is used for the improved zero voltage switch (ZVS) half bridge DC/DC converter.First and second stage working mecha-nisms are detailed analyzed,the detailed theoretical analysis and parameter design are given out.To further demon-strate the effectiveness of the control strategy, a prototype platform based on the digital control is built, the results show that the grid current harmonic is reduced, and ZVS turning on and off of lagging switched are realized.The proposed strategy has guiding significance to the control system.
