摘 要:针对脉冲序列(PT)控制DC/DC开关变换器工作在连续导电模式(CCM)时的低频振荡现象,提出了一种电容电流型PT(CC-PT)控制方法。该控制方法引入电容电流与输出电压共同作为选择高低功率脉冲的判断条件。详细分析了CC-PT控制工作原理,阐述了抑制低频振荡产生的机理,建立了其开关映射模型,给出了输出电压和电感电流随负载电阻变化时的分岔图,揭示了所提控制方法在不同负载的情况下对低频振荡抑制的有效性。仿真和实验均表明,CC-PT控制方法可以有效抑制低频振荡现象。Aiming at the low frequency oscillation of the pulse train (PT) control DC/DC switching converter operating in the continuous conduction mode(CCM),a control method of capacitor current PT(CC-PT) control method is proposed. The control method introduces the capacitor current and the output voltage as the judgment condition of choosing the high and low power pulse.The operation principle of CC-PT control based on capacitor current mode is analyzed in detail.Meanwhile, the mechanism of suppressing low frequency oscillation is described and the switch mapping model is established.The bifurcation diagram of the output voltage and the inductance current along with the change of the load resistance is presented.Finally,simulation and experimental results reveal the effectiveness of the proposed CC- PT control method for low frequency oscillation suppression under different load conditions.
