摘 要:建立精确母排的杂散电感模型是准确分析绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)可靠性的关键问题之一。大功率IGBT模块通常存在2~3个功率端子,端子之间的均流特性与母排所在支路的杂散电感相关。以一台三相两电平车载逆变器叠层母排作为研究对象,建立了母排并联支路的局部自感和互感模型,并对模型进行简化。借助Q3D仿真工具,对母排并联支路局部杂散电感进行提取,验证了模型简化方法的准确性。同时提出一种高精度的母排局部杂散电感测量方法,验证了杂散电感仿真结果的正确性。Establishing accurate bus stray inductance model is one of the key issues of analyzing the reliability of insu- lated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT).Generally,there are 2 or 3 power terminals on high power IGBT module.The tran- sient current sharing of the same polarity power terminals are related to stray inductance of the paralleling branch. Based on a vehicle three-phase two-level laminated bus bar that exist paralleling branch, the partial self-inductance and mutual-inductance model of the parallel branch is established and simplified.The accuracy of the simplified method is verified based on the simulation using Q3D.At the same time, a kind of high precision partial stray inductance measurement method is put forward.Experimental tests verify the accuracy of the simulation.
