激流脉动压力下的截止阀后弯管介质碰撞效应处理的研究

摘  要:在激流脉动压力的影响下,截止阀以及后弯管的管路中的高精密控制要求流体在阀腔内的流动呈现流线型滑移特征,在计算流体移动物理参量时需要确定脉动压力影响因子和流场模拟特征,更需要整体考虑介质流体在阀后弯管的碰撞效应以达到管路降噪与减少损蚀的可靠性设计要求。本文基于计算物理学中关于曲面边界处理的理论对蝶阀等关断阀腔后流体流经弯道时气体或介质分子的等边三角域内各个物理参量的变化特征进行了计算和分析,为高能物理波动冲击下的阀体可靠性设计了基础。The high precision control in the pipeline of the stop valve and the back bend requires that the flow of the fluid in the streamlined slip feature of valve cavity is under the influence of turbulent pulse pressure. It needs to consider the collision effect of fluid in the pipe after the valve to reduce the pipeline noise and abrasion in order to achieve the reliability design requirements with the calculation of fluid moving physical parameters, it needs to determine the impact factor of fluctuating pressure and flow field simulation of more features. This paper calculates and analyzes the change characteristics of the physical parameters in the equilateral triangle region of the gas or medium molecules when the fluid flows through the bend with the theory of boundary treatment of surfaces in computational physics. It is the basis for the design of the body reliability under the impact of high energy physics fluctuation.
