摘 要:在大规模新能源并网条件下,制定合理的购电计划可以降低购电成本,减少对环境的污染。从经济效益和环境保护两个方面考虑,计及电网安全稳定运行约束以及各输电断面输电能力的约束,构建了以购电成本最小和污染气体排放量最小为目标函数的兼顾经济效益与环境保护的多目标购电计划优化模型。基于该模型,引入了层次分析法确定各目标的权重,通过对各目标无量纲化处理,将多目标优化问题转化为单目标优化问题,并利用粒子群算法进行优化求解。文章以实际电网为例进行了算例的计算分析,验证了模型的有效性与可行性。With the large-scale integration of renewable generation, the cost of electricity purchasing and the pollution to environment can be reduced by making a reasonable electricity purchase plan.From the perspectives of economic and environmental protection benefit,a multi-objective optimization model considering the constraints of the security,stability of power grid and the transmission capacity of every transmission interface is put forward, the objection of which is to minimize the electricity purchasing cost and the pollutant emission. In order to simplify the solution procedure of the proposed model,the multi-objective problem was transformed into a single-objective one through dealing with all indicators by dimensionless method and determining the weight of each indicator by AHP.Finally,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve this model.An actual power grid was taken as an example to calculate and analyze in this paper,which validated the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model.
