爱思唯尔的发展历程对我国学术期刊体制改革的启示

摘　　要：【目的】研究爱思唯尔的发展历程,从中探寻其对我国学术期刊体制改革的有益启示。【方法】采用文献分析、案例分析的方法对爱思唯尔发展历程进行分析。【结果】爱思唯尔的发展历程可以总结为:初期通过精准的专业出版定位,逐渐形成行业垄断;后期面对不断出现的抵制行为,通过战略转型实现再发展。爱思唯尔的发展历程对我国学术期刊体制改革具有非常现实的参考价值。【结论】在借鉴爱思唯尔的经验和教训后,更加明确了我国学术期刊体制改革的改革策略、改革姿态、办刊理念和技术革新等。[ Purposes ] The Elsevier development history is investigated to explore the inspiration for the reform of academic journals in China.[Methods] The method of document analysis and case study were utilized to analyse the Elsevier development history. [Findings] The Elsevier development is summarised in two stages. The industry monopoly is established by accurate publishing orientation in the initial stage. In face of the resisting activity, the redevelopment is realized by strategic transformation. Therefore, the Elsevier development history has reference value to the reform of academic journals in China.[ Conclusions ] After drawing lessons from Elsevier, the strategy and attitude of reform, journal management idea and technical innovation can be obtained clearly.
