摘　　要：介绍了新版GB/T 9948—2013《石油裂化用无缝钢管》和GB/T 6479—2013《高压化肥设备用无缝钢管》标准主要修订的内容,并对其中修改的地方进行了解释和说明。2013版标准重点修订了钢管的尺寸允许偏差,增加了最小壁厚交货方式,修改并增加了钢的牌号和化学成分,调整了管坯的制造方法及要求,修改了钢管的力学性能要求、钢管的热处理制度、无损检验要求,增加了晶间腐蚀试验要求。修改后的标准指标基本与国际标准指标接轨,对钢管制造企业的交货技术要求更加明确。The main revisions of new edition of state specification GB/T 9948--2013 Seamless Steel Pipe Used for Petroleum Cracking Process and GB/T 6479--2013 Seamless Steel Pipe Used for High Pressure Fertilizer Equipment are described and some interpretation and notes are made for the revisions in the specifications. In 2013 edition, emphatically, the permissible deviations of the steel pipe dimensions are revised, the delivery method for the smallest wall thickness is added, the model and chemical composition of steels are revised and added, the manufac- ture method and requirements of billet are regulated, the requirements for the mechanical properties of steel pipes are revised, the heat treatment system of steel pipes is revised, the requirements for the non destructive inspection are revised, the requirements for the intergranular corrosion test are added. The revised targets are basically identical with the international standard and are more definite to the technical requirements for goods delivery in the steel pipe manufacture enterprises.
